What applicants ask us:

No. We explicitly welcome career changers. What matters are empathy, reliability and a willingness to develop. A pedagogical or medical qualification is an advantage, but not a requirement.
Usually between 15 and 30 hours per week, based on the school hours or care hours of the child you support. We discuss your preferences before matching.
With us, you have a dedicated contact person in the team who knows you and can be reached within 24 hours. In the event of conflicts, we actively mediate between parents, the school and you. In our 1:1 coaching, the situation can be discussed afterwards so you’re prepared for the future.
That happens and is part of the job. We analyse together what didn’t work and find a solution. You won’t be left alone with it.
Yes. During term time, you build up an hours allowance that is paid out during the holidays. School support workers are also expected to take their holiday entitlement during the school holidays.
