We are a non-profit, independent provider that emerged from an experienced recruitment consultancy in Hildesheim. As a team—many of us parents ourselves—we know how important individual support is. Together with our school support workers, we support children in their development every day. Thanks to our experience in HR, we can specifically match the strengths of our school support workers with the children’s needs, ensuring support that is the right fit both professionally and personally.
