A key pillar of this is supervision. It is an integral part of our work and a significant instrument for quality assurance and further development.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is Supervision anyway?<\/h2>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For us, supervision means: pausing, looking closely, understanding. It is a structured, professional dialogue in which we look at our work together \u2013 without judging, but with the goal of reflecting, learning from one another, and developing further. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is not about finding mistakes, but about questioning one&#8217;s own practice, analyzing difficult situations, and developing constructive solutions. Supervision helps to better handle stressful moments and strengthens self-confidence in everyday professional life. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our Basic Rules in Supervision<\/h2>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To ensure a safe space for honest exchange, we have clear rules in place:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No evaluations or judgments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Speak openly, respectfully, and with appreciation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Learning from each other<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What is discussed in supervision stays in the room<br\/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These principles create an atmosphere of trust in which every voice counts and personal experiences can be shared.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why Supervision is so important to us<\/h2>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Working in school support brings many beautiful but also challenging moments: emotional stress, unclear roles, communication with multiple parties, and behavioral peculiarities of the children. Introduction<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br\/>We start with a greeting, clarify the participants&#8217; expectations, and jointly determine the main topics of the session. These can include case discussions, communication difficulties, or organizational questions. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Main Part<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br\/>The focus is on real situations from everyday work:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Case discussion: e.g., handling a crisis or challenging behavior.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reflection: What role do I take on? What challenges me? <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Peer exchange: What has helped others in similar situations?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Training units: e.g., on communication, role clarity, or conflict resolution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.
